Where are H&Gs made?

H&Gs are currently manufactured in Bangladesh and made in factories with the highest certifications to ensure human and ethical codes are met.

How do I care for my H&Gs?

We recommend washing on cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Do not tumble dry. Our sleepwear is pre-washed to account for shrinkage, however, since our pieces are made from some natural fibers, mild shrinking may occur over time.

The average sleep an adult requires or might expect to sleep is around eight hours a night. However there is no ‘normal’ length of time, it is whatever is natural for you.

How can I make sure I am getting a proper night's sleep every night?

To ensure a good night’s sleep it’s essential to follow good lifestyle habits. For example, making sure that your bedroom has the right environment (cool, dark and quiet), wearing breathable, soft sleepwear (like H&Gs) and avoiding screen time at least an hour before bed.

Are there any products I can buy that help to get a better night's sleep?

Of course! A good set of sleepwear and a comfortable bed can go a long way. Many people underestimate the importance of comfortable pyjamas and a supportive bed. You can shop our soft, cotton-blend and breathable pyjamas sets here.

How important is a good night's sleep?

Sleep is extremely important to a healthy lifestyle and should not be taken lightly. As we sleep, tissue grows and repairs itself and the immune system is strengthened. Researchers believe sleep is critical to healthy brain function as well.

How does getting a better night's sleep impact me the next day?

A good night’s sleep makes you look better, feel better, behave better, perform better, and think better!

What factors in our bedrooms help encourage good sleeping habits?

A restful bedroom environment should be cool, quiet and dark and free from distractions – that means removing computers, tablets, mobile phones and even TVs. The blue light that emits from these devices interferes with your body’s circadian rhythms by suppressing the sleep-inducing hormone, melatonin.
