You’re able to cancel a pre-order at any time for a full refund by contacting our customer care team email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order). Please see below for details.
We hope that you'll be delighted with your order. However, if you do need to return something, here’s what to do:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return requests along with your order number.
- Once the return request is received and approved, we’ll send through your prepaid return label. Simply print the label & affix to the package and drop off at your nearest postal location.
- Please ensure that items are well packaged (ideally in the packaging in which they were sent and the gift box if you’re returning your whole order) and in re-saleable condition. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will either refund you or exchange for a different item, depending on your preference. You will receive an email notification once processed.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
- We require that you return the goods to us in an unused, unwashed and otherwise re-saleable condition. For all two-piece sets, both pieces of the set must be returned together with all original tags attached.
- To qualify for our free returns service, you must arrange your collection through H&G, via the process detailed above. Please do not send items to us without first contacting us to request the return; returns received via other methods will be at your own expense and risk.
- In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. We request that all such goods are returned within 30 days of the date of your receipt of the goods and we will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 10 days of the date of our receipt of goods.

- All accurately returned products will be credited to the purchaser's credit card or original payment method.
